There were passengers in the car too! If this wasn’t in a legit paper I’d assume this was either madlibs or really bad AI.
The passengers flagged down a cop, so I assume they felt like they had a pretty solid explanation of how a quadruple amputee shot a guy, because otherwise they’re the number one suspects.

Over the years, Webber learned how to write, fish and hunt. Videos on a YouTube account believed to belong to Webber show him firing guns using his upper arms. He wrote in a 2023 Today piece that he “even taught myself how to drive by racing go-karts.”
He was driving and managed to shoot the passenger? A quadruple amputee? I think that I need to see his prosthetics… or did I read this wrong?
Maybe his right hand is a cannon like megaman or inspector gadget…
