Well, to be fair he does have a point. So i guess mermaids likely have a uterus. Not sure if aquatic animals like whales and dolphins have periods, but if they do then i’d think a scientifically correct mermaid would have too.
We do mostly move in two dimensions - our third dimensional movement is usually limited to just a few feet, compared to practically unlimited 2D movement along the ground.
