people who received the cash …consistently reported … that they spent 12% less on alcohol tobacco and drugs than previously
It seems every time a study like this is done there is the same result: that people in less precarious life situations have better outcomes.
Surely at some point the evidence becomes undeniable and we do something about it, right? Right?
