This is the answer. A fed baby is the goal. My wife exclusively pumps, and we supplement with formula when she gets sick or something comes up. The biggest reason I can give you to breastfeed instead of formula is that formula stinks. If you don’t clean a formula bottle up in time it reeks. A half empty bottle of breast milk can sit out a whole day and doesn’t smell much worse.

Reality shows are so fake. He’s making a vinegrette with 19 seconds left, but at 1 second left everything is plated perfectly and he is standing calmly.

My wife has narcolepsy and this is her life. No falling asleep randomly, that’s mostly Hollywood. But she’s never had a decent night’s sleep in her life. Physically incapable.
