Your not old, your me!. Most of these plus some others definitely, plus a bunch of modern ones as well. Shocked you only liked Half-Life 1 and not 2. I thought 2 was mind blowing at the time and still feel like it’s the first game to bring us into the modern era of games to this day.

Weird, when WFH became huge a few years ago we were arguing to have them paid more because were now taking advantage of this persons electricity, internet, and office space of the apartment or house at no additional cost. I agree we should all be paid more lol.

I was expecting the worst from the comments here, but what I saw looked really good. Lighting has always been the one thing games have struggled with and ray tracing was a nice step in the right direction but we know its just to taxing on hardware and even 5 years later still not to much better. Offering new ways to bring high quality lighting to scenes really does make scenes stand out. It really works well with cracks like when they showed cobblestone paths each stone looks like its own unique step now and everything looks pronounced.
I have been following Crimson Desert for a bit and the new videos that came out highlight just how much better landscapes and rooms are using the highest settings which include realistic lighting and not only looks insane but they found ways to make it less taxing on the system as well. Although it’s different from what this is offering I do believe this will be the focus of the industry for the forseeable future.
I am not sure why there is so much hate.
$2.50 for both? I am not eating the bottom of the barrell ones. It’s like $3 on sale for a semi decent pack of hot dogs, and $2 min for ok buns. The only ones i can think of that are around a dollar are the bar s brand and those ahould not be eaten by anyone. They are terrible.
People already gamble on it, so not far I would assume.
Technically not free. They get free food, housing, and medical care. For some thats probably better than what they got now.

If you are in the US I dont think they are covered unless theres an absolute reason for it or when you turn 45 for some people and 50 for everyone else. Like usual, so glad they get to dictate the absolute bare minimum for us.

I remember this one. It was very popular back then and quoted a lot for obvious reasons.
I just saw a video on the history of Sunny D and it was pretty interesting. It even changed its self at one point as kind of a rebranding to make its self slightly healthier but it was to late.
No clue how they came up with the number or how true it is but i saw its in the 30 millions a day area. So 1 billion a month.
Nothing new. The timeline for physical games being created is always several months prior to release using the final build at the time. The only confusing part seems to be that the game can be used offline until a new patch? If the system is not online at all how will it know a new patch exists? If the game checks in when booted then thats not offline either.
Over the past like 5 years I have ever only used Epic for one rhing, collecting the free 1 to 2 games they offer every Thursday. I have like 200+ games from that alone. Just don’t buy anything from them and your good, people do not like Epic at all so this may get some downvotes but free is free to me.
