It’s a great feeling /s to live in a country where everyone is given the opportunity to get vaxxed, but there’s still a huge gap towards full possible protection 🤡

I have read it’s likely South Africa has already seen a majority of the population infected at least once. A vaccine is to be preferred (prevention of death and long term consequences), but I think natural immunization in those countries will inevitably be faster than any vaccination programme could be carried out and it might be just as good in the picture of “ending” the pandemic (as everyone gets immunized on the way, albeit with huge collateral damage).

They are trying to sell audio calls, video calls and desktop clients as premium feautures. Important consideration for my anti-capitalist ass. Also those features shouldn’t be catered to businesses only.

They also list “unlimited contacts” as a free feature. I think this should not even be considered negotiable.

I don’t like that the protocol is so intertwined with a commercial company.
