Maybe your interpretation is right, that OP was saying “Trump is gay,” but the way I interpreted it was “Trump is Putin’s bitch.” And even that is more political commentary than insult; it’s fine to be someone’s bitch if you want, unless you’re the president of the US and the someone is the ruler of an enemy country.
