Permanent peace in Iran/GCC can be achieved with little to no US/Israel cooperation.

Reopening Straights of Hormuz

When US withdraws all troops/ships, a coalition including Iran can ensure free passage of shipping. Less than military escorts, a gulf cooperation agreement with heavy Chinese support, but including Russia and EU and others interested in security and trade with the gulf.

China

China is key in that a common defensive union with Iran protects all members from Iran, if China can be convinced that Iran acts unfairly. China can bring significant investment to the region as well as missile defense to protect region from Israel.

EU Russia

EU needs friendly trade with Gulf. Russia can sell air defense and other military equipment.

Nuclear proliferation

Zionist aligned nations accept a high priority for denuclearizing Iran. Selling Iran’s enriched uranium to qualified highest bidder accomplishes this while also providing reparations to Iran even if not directly paid by US/Israel.

Zionaziism

Religious supremacism pretending a divine right above the rules of civilization, namely the murder and disposession of land must be declared hate speech by defense alliance. It should also be a constitutional requirement for any UN member. Jews that covet other’s land are free to pray for it or make a purchase offer.

The US and Israel have already declared victory by meeting all of their conditions, and so can GTFO with pride. To satisfy Iran, international community can step in, and realign Gulf towards peace and defense from both future Israel hostility, and internal infighting.
