if they are anything like the Mediterranean saltbush, they are already delicious.
dry them and they are a salty snack. crumble over a salad or anything for salt.
I’ve had old man saltbush sprinkled in salads and in soups and it’s fine.
You need a sheep for that
Or a wallaby. The ones at my place took a real shine to the saltbush.
