I absolutely love BookStack.

It’s incredibly easy to use and its APIs make it pretty powerful (not currently using the APIs heavily, but I did at my last job to automate data.

Easily one of my favorite pieces of FOSS that I’m actively using as it makes it very easy for me to document what I’ve done in any level of granularity that I want.
